Benefits Brow

Hello Loves,

Who else has loves and hates doing your brows like me? I love doing them but of course I get super picky and keeping adding product or feel like there's not enough, or wait even better I over draw my brows that's the best. LOL.... Today I am here to help you solve some of your issues with brows. Now I have used several different products some form IT, boxy charm, NYX, and many more. I can say that I really sucked at doing my brows and had no idea how to do them. I too watched Instagram and lots of YouTube videos and still just couldn't get it down. Who would of thought eyebrows would be so challenging?

Not to long ago I found myself needing a new eyebrow pencil and wasn't overly in love with what I had so as most of my blog post go, I was off to Ulta. I get intimated when I walk in there and I don't know why, do any of you? It's funny to me because I'm pretty confident with makeup and know quiet a bit about it but I too get intimated so don't feel like your alone. Now back to brows so I was at the benefits counter and hear a lot about benefits eyebrow's and so I thought I'll give it a try. As I was searching through the pencils I came across this holy grail called browvo Conditioning primer. Browvo Conditioning Primer has these little rubber bristles on the brush and in the center of that is where the gel comes out. It is a conditioning gel but to me it is more than that because it puts the eyebrow hairs in place so you can draw on your brows and not have to worry that they are gonna go crazy on ya or move a ton when your trying to apply the pencil.  I always but samples first to make sure I like the product and lets just say I haven't even finished the sample and I bought the full size.

On to the pencil, benefit has like a million in one (ok I'm exaggerating) types of products for you to use for your brows but I have to say I like a pencil. My girlfriend Nai she is amazing at doing her brows and I have seen her use a gel pot and a shadow similar to this one brow zings. But I'm not good at these I'll look a unibrow mess lol. To me a pencil does the trick. Now if I wasn't a on the go Mom and trying to tackle like 50 things at one time and I was really into my brows I might of bought this contour pencil but I just wanted a pencil. I don't need to define and contour my eyebrows everyday. So I wanted something sharp and that I could control how the hairs looked that I was drawing in. I went with the Precisely My Brow  and I was not disappointed. I like that it has a fine point and that I can press lightly and still get plenty of color or press harder and get a nice line. I used up that sample quick and went back for the full size. I do go light with this because I like to build on products just like I talk about with my eyeshadow. So if I went darker and put on as much as I do I would look silly.  I went with the color number 2. My sister who is same skin type went with the 3 and it looks great on her too. My suggestion would be go down one color for your skin type so you can build the color on you want and not have super dark brows. I'm no expert it's just my opinion. Benefit by far is my favorite eyebrow product, don't believe me go give it a try yourself and tell me what you think.

Love and Butterflies,
Vanessa
